Getting Around the Festival
Golden River Veil Fest spans a beautiful 40+ hectare beachfront site at Shonan. We've designed the layout for easy navigation — every stage is within comfortable walking distance, and wide accessible pathways connect all key zones throughout the grounds.
Wide crushed-gravel paths connect every zone. Accessible paved routes are marked with blue signs and are maintained to wheelchair standard throughout the entire site. Buggy transport is available for accessibility needs — flag down any festival volunteer in an orange vest.
Beer Garden & Social Zones
From ocean-view craft beer bars to sheltered social spaces — there's always a great spot to kick back between sets.
The Golden River Beer Garden is more than just a place to grab a drink — it's the social heart of the festival. Located centrally between the stages, our garden-style seating area features twinkling lights, city pop playing from curated speakers, and over 40 craft beer, sake, and cocktail options from local Kanagawa breweries and Japanese spirit makers.
Beyond the Beer Garden, discover our network of social zones scattered across the grounds: the Sunset Terrace overlooking the ocean, the Forest Lounge in a shaded grove near the Forest Stage, and the Night Market that comes alive after 9pm with lanterns, street food, and impromptu acoustic performances.

Main Stage
The crown jewel of Golden River — a massive 30,000-capacity arena facing the open sea. State-of-the-art Funktion-One sound, LED wall 40m wide.
Beach Stage
Toes in the sand, music in the air. Our intimate beach-side stage hosts city pop, ambient acts and sunrise DJ sets with the Pacific as a backdrop.
Forest Stage
Nestled under a canopy of pine trees, the Forest Stage offers an immersive experience for ambient, folk, and experimental electronic music.
Camping Zones A, B, C
Zone A: General camping (east field). Zone B: VIP camping with private showers. Zone C: General west field, close to Forest Stage.
Food Village
50+ food and drink stalls serving ramen, yakitori, takoyaki, vegan bowls, fresh seafood, and international street food from 20+ countries.
Medical Station
Staffed 24/7 by doctors, nurses and paramedics. Free entry for medical emergencies. Mental health support also available. Near main entrance.
Accessible Routes & Facilities
We are committed to making Golden River Veil Fest accessible to everyone. All main pathways, stages and facilities are accessible to wheelchair users and those with mobility needs. A dedicated team of accessibility volunteers is on hand to assist.
