Group Discounts
The more the merrier at Golden River Veil Fest! Bring your squad and enjoy automatic discounts on General Admission and General + Camping tickets when you book together.
Group discount applies automatically at checkout when 10 or more tickets are added to the same order. For larger groups (25+), please contact us directly for corporate and festival packages.
VIP Wellness Zone
Golden River VIP ticket holders receive exclusive access to our beachfront Wellness Zone β a curated sanctuary featuring daily yoga classes at sunrise, guided meditation sessions, sound bath therapy, and mindfulness workshops led by renowned Japanese and international practitioners.
Start your festival mornings with a 6:30am sunrise yoga session facing the Pacific Ocean, then ground yourself with a guided meditation before the first acts hit the stage. Sessions run every morning of the festival.
Payment Methods
We accept all major payment methods used in Japan and internationally.
Konbini payment available at FamilyMart, Lawson, Seven-Eleven. Select at checkout and pay within 72 hours using the provided payment code. Ticket Star Japan processes all payments securely (SSL encrypted). Please note: a service fee of Β₯220 applies to all orders.
Ticket FAQ
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
No refunds are available once tickets are purchased. However, name transfers are available up until August 10, 2026. To initiate a name transfer, log in to your Ticket Star Japan account and select "Transfer Ticket." A transfer fee of Β₯500 applies.
How will I receive my ticket?
All tickets are digital-only. After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from Ticket Star Japan with a QR code. This QR code must be presented at the festival entrance gate for wristband collection. You can also access your tickets via the Ticket Star Japan app.
Can I re-enter the festival site after leaving?
Yes! Once you have collected your wristband at entry, you may leave and re-enter as many times as needed throughout the festival day. Simply present your wristband at the entry gate. Wristbands are water and tamper-resistant β do not remove them.
What ID do I need to enter?
Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence, or My Number Card). The name on your ID must match the name on your ticket. For name transfers made before Aug 10, the new holder's ID must be presented.
What if my phone battery dies and I can't show my QR code?
We highly recommend screenshotting your QR code before arriving at the venue. Printed copies are also accepted. Free phone charging stations are located throughout the festival grounds β look for the yellow lightning bolt signs.
